Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
​
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be applied towards administrative fees.
​
If you wish to reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be credited toward a future booking.
For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service total.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount and will not be permitted to rebook.
REFUNDS, REDOS &
CHANGE OF MIND
Upon your arrival to the studio, you will required to fill out a new client consent form.

this will provide your stylist with background history of your hair. Any information that is left out or untruthful could effect the outcome of your service.

Your stylist will preform a personalised consultation to understand your future goals whilst also providing you a realistic understanding on what will be achievable at your initial appointment.

Your stylist will bring any issues to your attention & advise if more then one appointment will be needed in order to reach your desired outcome.
